"I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and we weren't informed. I thought room service would be available. There wasn't any service booklet to inform us of where to dine or what was close by for tourism. There was ample cutlery but little crockery for meals. 2 dinner plates, one bread plate and 2 bowls. Glasses and cups were fine. I had to get detergent and a cloth for cleaning. I didn't require room service. Otherwise the room was accommodating for our stay."

"Very clean, friendly staff, close proximity to Convention Centre. Shame about the surrounding main streets, which is not a reflection of the Hotel just the city itself, dirty streets with people loitering."
