She wasn’t willing to help with anything. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with 4 different people at Expedia before getting the room payment refunded. "Room was somewhat clean, but I always wipe it down myself and there was a lot of residue & untouched dirt. The shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The building halls smell “old” and like cigarette smoke. Rooms are “newly remodeled,” but you can tell they cut a few corners."
