"Horrible reservations was at 4 the had us wait 1 to 2 hours saying my room wasn’t ready "

"Our room was spacious and clean, Beds are comfortable. Only disc side was the noise from other rims coming in through the bathroom vents and windows. Radiant heat and window unit AC. Shower water was tricky to get warm. But the hotel itself was clean and continently located for the event I was attending. "

"Overall good stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the hotel comon areas. Staff were also very friendly and helpful! We were able to request a mini fridge for our room. No fan was available and a microwave would have been nice. The only area for improvement was the cleanliness of our stand alone bathtub. Lots of hairs in and around the tub."

"The room I stayed in was in good condition with clean blankets and towels, and a decent temperature that tended to be on the cold side. The worst thing was the women's bathroom had one of the two showers broken the whole time I was there and one of the two toilets on the floor out of order. There were 10 women in my room and at least 6 other rooms, all fully booked, so we had to share one toilet and one shower. Other than that, the facilities were OK. The kitchen was nice and there was storage for food on the shelves, fridge, and freezer. There was counter space, multiple sinks, and dishes. There was free tea/hot water and coffee, and sometimes a hot chocolate bar (I think they have that once a week). There used to be a free breakfast, but this has been discontinued as of 2026. The common areas had books and games free to use. WiFi was good and there was usually good data. There were plenty of plugs and places to work. A lot of travelers were remote-working, although I did not."
