"I arrived at 6 PM on a Sunday to find the Office dark and locked. Called the 219 phone number for the hotel. It was routed to a different area code and number. I left a voicemail, but that number is apparently not monitored by anyone. They also do not respond to messages sent to them via Expedia. Fortunately, there is another hotel next-door that had a room for me. Expedia is supposedly going to get me a refund, but they should remove this facility from their website. The clerk at the hotel...
