Hello, we are very surprised by your opinion, because it does not reflect our establishment at all. You actually had a suite, for which you paid very little considering the promotion, which is a 4-room suite.We do not use mosquito repellents or other spray products. We use "hood" to perfume in the rooms (all of them). Always customers love it.Regarding the photos, for your information, all the photos we publish on Expedia (and other sites), are real photos, not retouched, and registered in copyright in London. The owner is very strict on the photos of the establishment, and all our photos are pure reality.Regarding the air conditioning of the room, for your information it was changed in May 2023, and it is the most powerful model available in Morocco (so small model, not really).Here is just to tell the truth, because your comment is really not justified, and it is simply to warn new customers, concerning your remarks, and it is a right of reply.Thank you.

Dear Sir Following your commentator, allow me to answer you on a few points that seem important to me: 1) for modernity, if you are a regular customer at the Hilton or Marriott, it is not at all the same concept for a riad. It's normal that you didn't find a gym, TV in all the rooms, etc.. 2) Concerning your credit cards, we are dependent on the Moroccan CMI which gives access to some credit cards, we have no choice of this one. Some riads don't even have a card. 3) to say also that there is no air conditioning is false because all the rooms on the 1st floor have air conditioning, only those on the ground floor do not, because it is a concern of the architecture of the building, and we can not change anything to that. 4) You are the first customer since I became the owner of Riad Daria Suites & Spa to make a negative comment about our cuisine, everyone is very satisfied with the meals offered. 5) Thank you for the comment about the employees, something positive. In conclusion, sorry I did not bring you the service of a Hilton hotel, but make sure that this will never be the case in a riad, let alone with us. Riad Daria Suites & Spa

Unfortunately, we cannot control the guest in the room next door, if he tries once to open the door between the two rooms, which is obviously closed. 2) Concerning the transport, you paid an amount for the transfer to the airport, this amount is the same as the price of a simple taxi, but you had a private driver, in an air-conditioned vehicle, which is worth a VIP service, for the same price as a taxi in Marrakech.
