"Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room."

"THe breakfast selection was excellent. A to-go cup for the coffee would have been nice. THere may have been one but I did not see one. Communication about the shuttle was excellent"

The very helpful electricians haloed us and we moved rooms but NO comment from reception managers re this huge inconvenience whilst we were in bed. Disappointing. I emailed direct on email used to commmnicate over special assistance so it is being ignored"
