"Lovely hotel, incredibly helpful & respectful staff & great location. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and good service. I wouldn’t eat in there again."

"Clean, modern rooms, pleasant staff and good all round breakfast, although not right in the City centre which I prefer not to be anyway, only a 10 mins slow walk and you are in the City, One big negative though, having stayed in both Holiday Inns and Expresses many times, having to pay for parking, I appreciate the hotel prices being higher for Bath compared to other places but to charge for parking as well is going to put visitors and guests off staying at the Holiday Inn, myself included."
