"Items were charged to my room without my knowledge or consent. Double check for charges during check out. They will not reverse any wrongful charges once you leave for fear of being audited on their end. This is what I was told when I called back to dispute a charge that I did make from their market. The lady I spoke with said I was better off disputing the charges with my credit card company. Mind you the charge was for $10.78. I was on a business trip and I do not use my company credit card for personal purchases. The hotel needs to implement a better system for adding any charges to a room."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful! The grounds were pleasant looking. The pool was enjoyable with lounge chairs and tables."

"Breakfast eggs were good, no butter or cream cheese for breads and bagels. It was just okay. Room was dark, the window drapes broke and couldn't be opened. It felt like being very enclosed without window being able to let in light. Window drapes were very dirty. Sink was clogged, not fixed during the 5 days of our stay. The hair dryer was old and no hot air, it gave us allergies with the dust it had. Same with the air conditioner. They were out of toothpaste and didn't prepare for full occupancy. Room service is on demand as they claimed were full on the weekend and can't service everyday. The most positive is the beds were pretty comfortable and shower water was hot. "
