"Great location, friendly staff, offered us early checking without additional charge at 11 am. At midnight we found our door lock battery drained and they immediately assigned us a new room and in the morning I g gave us the voucher for 2 free breakfast. Valley parking service is great and inexpensive. Very nice rooms with quality service items and nice bathrooms. Every room has a nice partial ocean view room. Family friendly environment. Would definitely come again as one of the best beach locations near Fort Lauderdale"

"Location in the middle of no where Toilet tank kept refilling itself Shower had a dripping leak from the ceiling that extended to bathroom floor causing me to slip and almost had a bad fall Bathroom door doesn't close Pool closes at sunset- so what time would that be? Broken luggage rack, called staff but no one came to replace it Don't know if bottled water in room is complementary No guest info sheet was given at check in had problems getting Wi-Fi front desk told me something wrong with my phone"

"This is an old facility. The staff were great. The location is awesome as it is less than one block from the beach on a quiet one way street. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room was small. The staff offered beach chairs and towels while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The location and the price over-ride any concern about age, size and comfort."

"We had a three night stay in an ocean view room. We requested a refrigerator, it was never delivered. We requested water bottles that were supposed to be in the room, it took 30 minutes and a phone call to housekeeping to get water. Lighting in the bathroom was poor, the blackout shades didn't close, etc. The amenities are fantastic though with three pools, a hot tub and being right on Hollywood Boulevard and beach. The staff in the restaurants were also first class. Overall, overpriced."

"This stay was extremely disappointing, especially since we’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable for the price. The floors were heavily scratched, furniture was worn and damaged, and overall upkeep was clearly lacking. Cleanliness was also an issue — the towels did not appear clean, there were no washcloths provided, and when we called for additional towels, no one ever came. Multiple attempts to contact the front desk went unanswered. The most frustrating part was the “water view” room. We specifically paid extra for this, and the view was largely obstructed and did not match what would reasonably be expected for that category. It felt very misleading. For what we paid, this experience did not come close to meeting basic expectations for quality or service. I’ve included photos for reference. At this point, I would not return."
