"Everything at Capitan Suizo was amazing. Perfect location on the beach. Stayed in bungalow with beautiful garden views. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor shower took a little getting used to but after a couple of days my girls and I enjoyed listening to the sounds of Howler monkeys and birds while showering. Breakfast was delicious and we ate outside watching the ocean every morning. We would lay out in the lounge chairs under a little shade steps away from the ocean and from the restaurant/bar. When we weren’t on the beach we swam in the pool which was super clean. Had a full body massage one day at the spa which was incredible. Went back to spa on another day for a collagen facial. All the staff were so gracious and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are coming to Tamarindo, you will thank yourself for staying here!"

"The grounds are lovely,but no gym and the wellness classes were really limited - not necessarily a deal breaker but something to be aware of. A bit further from town (about a mile walk) which could be a positive or a negative based on what you are expecting."
