"The staff were extremely friendly and the airport free shuttle is amazing. The property is run down, air-conditioner in the room is noisy and makes it hard to sleep. The bedding needs replacing (pillows are lumpy/no quilt just a woolen blanket), blinds don't block sunlight, windows are paper thin and you can hear everything. All of this meant it was hard to sleep at night. Good choice if you just need somewhere to sleep between flights. "

"Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken."

"Beautiful location in the harbor. The room upgrade is definitely worth it. Staff was attentive and always friendly. Cabana was a nice touch. The hotel is also essentially located next to several restaurants and pubs in walking distance within two minutes. The location was very, very clean and they were very kind to my special-needs child and accommodating."

"The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed to be healthy for my upcoming flight, this experience made me uneasy about the sanitary conditions of the guest rooms and common areas. I would like to suggest that the hotel implement a policy or standard regarding guest hygiene in shared spaces to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all patrons. "Hotel is older but comfortable. It is clean and maintained. The area is probably not the best in Honolulu but it is close to the airport and there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport."
