"The village is massive, way more than expected. It overwhelmed me at first but honestly, the experience was magical. I would definitely stay there again and again. Perfect location. Beautiful resort. Everything there felt extravagant and tailored to the guest having a memorable time. Absolutely loved every moment."

"I have a very heavy complaint about Pacific Marine Inn. We went to check in and went to the room to look at it. The beds look like cots no one would ever want to sleep on them. It was stinky and musty. There was no way I was staying there. The whole outside was dirty all around industrial buildings. The smell was awful and there was a homeless person in the lobby that was very sick throwing up the experience was awful. I canceled and then found out I need to cancel through hotel.com. I’m hoping to get my money back."

"The breakfast was very good. Pool area well kept & pool looked updated. Staff was VERY nice & had the Aloha Spirit. Only thing i would critique, is the AC needs updated & screens would be nice for the sliding door/windows? And, If you are staying in a room on the freeway side…the traffic is very loud in room. If you get a really Good $ rate …will prob result in a room with stair access only….on freeway side. "

"Host communicates very well. I really like the entry door check-in process compared to other units, Lisa had a few extra items that I liked such as decent ice trays, pitcher, fan, desk space. Fees were higher than other units though the daily rate was lower. I would stay here again."
