The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. "The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor. In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely."
