"Great location. Easy access to metro to Madrid center. Host was awesome"

"Basement apartment with black mold in places. The WIFI listed in the apartment was not accurate. The TV channels did not come in clear. One of the kitchen chairs were broken, a light in the bathroom was hanging from wires and paint was peeled off the wall. The bedroom door handle came loose, didn’t engage the latch so we were locked in the bedroom until we figured out how to fix it. The host offered to send someone in the morning but didn’t follow up."

Con respecto a la casa solo se puede decir una cosa, es genial, tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar como en tu casa, limpieza y comodidad excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, a un minuto del centro histórico. Si fueramos de nuevo, seguro que repetiremos."

"I stayed at the property with my husband and three other family members (all adults). We arrived late on a Sunday and Isabel had cooked tapas for us as requested. Isabel cooked for us most nights and all meals were lovingly prepared taking into consideration our dietary requirements and very tasty. There was always drink around if we wanted it. Both Isabel and Tony did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is beautiful and luckily the weather to match. We were...

"Helpful staff. Busy traffic street. Theater district. We had a rental car and could not drop off luggage in front of Hotel but found loading zone around the corner. Call hotel if you need instructions on parking rental car. "
