"Great location near Santiago Bernabéu with very nice city views. The apartment is quite small and, in our opinion, better suited for two people. The air conditioning could be more effective during warmer days, and the bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Overall, a good stay in an excellent location."

"Do NOT be fooled by the A/C listed in the amenities, it is completely useless to you as a guest. The apartment uses a centralized system controlled entirely by building management, meaning you have zero ability to adjust it yourself. When we arrived, the temperature inside was a sweltering 28°C (84°F) with the HEATING on. In the middle of summer. We had no way to turn on the A/C, no way to cool the space down, and when I complained, the host offered absolutely no solution whatsoever.

"The unit was clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The communication with rental was terrible, I emailed them 3-4 different times to the addresses listed during and after the rental. I rented on VRBO but another company handled the booking and possibly a third company manages it locally. No one responded. I tried to change my rental dates before the deadline to change it and no one responded so I spent a lot more than I planned and left the unit empty for days without recourse. "

"The property location is convenient if you work the Metro. Very close to Colombia Metro station, el Mercado de Chamartín y La Terraza del abuelo. 15 minutes from Bernabeu stadium. Couple of other bars and Aldi around the corner. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Towels and linens a bit rough. Communication with owner was great. We stayed twice. Value for the property was very good."

10/10 Excellent
The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars.
The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic.
