Excellent appartement, the era around is amazing, many bars and restaurants with terraces, very convivial! The appartement is clean cozy, confortable and well equipped. Amenities are in perfect condition. A payant public parking is available nearby.

Excellent spot for exploring Madrid and easy access to Santiago Bernabeu via bus 5/149 and the city center via bus 3. Very comfortable rooms and beds, fully functioning kitchen for preparing food from the local markets, and lovely tapas restaurants close by when you don’t want to cook yourself. We travelled for leasure but it would be great for work to. Welcome pack provided with a little coffee, oil, condiments, diswashing soap, etc.

STAY HERE!! The staff were all polite and helpful. It was a luxury for us that they spoke such fluent English. The room was really a small apartment, with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, full kitchen, and a small living room with nice big windows overlooking the street. Super clean, blackout curtains, extremely comfortable beds. Location is perfect.

Very nice apartment hotel. Service was friendly and the condition was very good. Front desk used my name from the first to lasr contact. That makes me feel welcome. Thanks David. Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about. We recently stayed at Be Mate Trafalgar in Madrid and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. The entire property was clean and modern, with everything looking new and well taken care of. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place in Madrid.

Good stay but with an issue.

Pros: The room was very clean (thanks Fabiola)! The bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet considering the hotel is on a big street. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Cons: The a/c and heating unit didn't work correctly so we were unable to get a comfortable temperature. The smoke alarm above the bed alternates between flashing red and flashing white every couple of seconds when it's night time and dark in the room. The red flashes during the day but the white only flashes at night so perhaps no one who works for the hotel has noticed it?

Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back.

No air conditioning

The room was27 C in the evening and It was impossible to sleep as the air-conditioning did not work and leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. the next day when I asked the reception about the failure of the air-conditioning. I was told that it is now winter season in the air condition does not work. I have rarely seen the front desk staff care so little.
