Can’t fault the staff as very helpful with ideas of where to go and see plus the metro stations to take and location was great for getting to the livelier parts BUT the beds were hard, pillows incredibly thin, rooms in no way sound proof as stated which was the worse part. Service - can’t fault Hotel- needs some love and also the website info updated.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an adjoining room, would ensure you specify no adjoining room if travelling as a couple. Person in room very loud, may of well had the door open. Hotel moved us on request to a quieter room as noise was persistent. Overall a comfortable stay, ideal if wanting to be out of the City. Great location for stadium which was the main reason for travel.

The hotel itself was fairly okay, although, there wasnt anything to do at all around the hotel. For work related events it would be great but to just stay as a couple it was limited. The area the hotel is in is inconvient with little to do in the area. The housekeeping was poor; on some days the room wasnt cleaned. All the staff were nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful I made a mistake with my booking and they assisted adding another night without issues. The room was comfortable, however the batheoom was leaking water and we were unable to take a shawer or bath as the water was super hot we couldnt find the cold water, the room was cleaned the first night and they took the used towels without replacing them, there is a big convenience store and a supermarket like two minutes walk away, the parking is comfortable and easy to access.

Good rooms, dissapointing breakfast buffet.

Generally speaking, the stay at the hotel was good. The room was spacious, the double bed was king size. However, the buffet breakfast was quite dissapointing - there was just two types of processed jam, two types of cheap cheese, scrambled eggs from egg powder, a bit of industrial pastry products, and more or less that is it. Did not worth the "special price" of 11 euros, otherwise 14 euros. Parking outside the hotel is possible for free, but they offer paid parking 18 euros per day.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport, as well as for the cover-image on Expedia's site: a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Madrid. However, the Rooftop bar appears to be defunct (a couple broken tables and chairs remained). While you can find places to eat and drink around the hotel, it's a bit hard to find from the area where the hotel is (a busy road). And, while the hotel comes up in searches for proximity to the airport, my cab ride on a low-traffic Sunday morning was 10 Euro more than a cab from the airport to Central Madrid. If anything, Expedia should remove the cover image for the hotel (the rooftop bar).
