"I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm.
