"Everything was very clean and neat. The apartment was a bit outdated, however everything worked and the facilities were great. Location of the appartment is great for exploring the island (especially west-side), very central. Supermarket and small restaurant are nearby. The host was lovely, we got fruit and cake on arrival. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"The location is great for a relaxing vacation, away from all the tourists. The house was very big, with all the needed amenities and modern equipment. It also includes a free parking space, two bedrooms, a huge kitchen, two toilets, and a lovely terrace. Balbina, the host, was also very nice and helpful. She immediately responded to all the Whatsapp messages and was very kind. If we ever visit Madeira again, we are certainly coming back to this location.

Road construction made use walk 300m through mud, making both the car and house dirty, it would have been better to warn us up front. House should improve much with parking and finished road.

"We rented this lovely apartment for 3 weeks in December.
It's been set up fantastically well. The owner has thought of everything from the barbecue, the jacuzzi, the kitchen equipment and smart TV to little things like a lighter, safe boxes and adapter plugs of which there were many. We couldn't think of anything the flat didn't have!
I'd say the best thing of many good things about the apartment is the balcony which overlooks the town. We ate there most of the time during our stay or...
