"We were happy to have found this spot with an amazing view of the sea. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was just what we needed and had gf options. Staff was friendly at the front desk. My only suggestion would be that the hot tub actually be hot. It was luke warm at best. The sauna was great but was never on in the morning. You could still do a little cold plunge and restore your muscles after a day adventuring. A fridge in the room would also be nice. But, overall for the price and...

"Absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. We couldn’t have been happier with our 5 night stay here. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect and the breakfast was amazing too. Such a beautiful looking hotel and in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby too. Only 15 minute walk to central Funchal. If we come back to Madeira we would book here again 100%."

"Fabulous hotel. We splashed out on a sea view suite and it was well worth the extra. The hotel is split either side of a road with a bridge walkway so it made a real difference being on the coast side, overlooking the pool. The room size was generous for two friends sharing. With a lovely kitchenette area that was exceptionally equipped; toaster, fridge, hob, dishwasher, everything you need if you want to do the odd meal in your room…… not that you’d need to. The bar/restaurant on site was good and not over priced, and there were so many great restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was lovely, plenty of shaded spots and easy access directly into the sea. Overall, we had the most wonderful mini break. Definitely worth spending on the suite!!!!"

We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The views were amazing and staff were top notch. We also enjoyed the happy hour and had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. One of our best dinners in Madeira! We greatly enjoyed our stay the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will be recommending the hotel to others and hope to come back and enjoy in the future. Thank you. "When we checked in the room we were given had a broken door so we were moved to another room. The room we were changed to was not the same as what we paid for. We paid for a double sea view and had a corner view instead. We made the best of it. We enjoyed our stay and the nightly entertainment. The buffet had a different theme each night which was nice. The poor area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The beach and ocean are right there with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 onsite restaurants which are included with your stay. We only ate at one of them and the food was very good. The resort is very family friendly and has a lot of amenities geared to the children. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."
