"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were always excellent. We particularly enjoyed visiting the rooftop (terrace) bar, especially during its "happy hour"! Mixed feelings about our room. Although undoubtedly stylish, it was surprisingly dark and we thoroughly disliked the needlessly complex lighting controls. We would also have preferred a more complete separation of "private" facilities (toilet and shower) from the other living quarters. "

"This place was amazing. I will be back and that's a fact. The negatives that people talk of should be taken like a pinch of salt. Yes there is a few little improvements here and there but on the whole the food was amazing the place was lovely and it's just a lovely place"

"Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location."

"A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants close to the hotel, all reasonably priced and served up good food options. Overall I’d recommend this facility. "
