"This property is in need of an overall. Staff at checkin, nonchalant and lazy basically. Text you a code to get into your room, whilst swinging on a seat behind the counter. "Our room was a bit tired. All the chattels like mirowave, drier etc was very old. The drier didn't work well at all. Bathroom leaked water everywhere and was dirty and mouldy.
