"Clean, easy check-in. Ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower and water was very cold, took about 20 minutes for host to change gas bottle so ran out of time to have a hot shower. Hosts need to check gas bottles more regularly, every thing else was good."

"The listing did not show that we had to climb a high exterior staircase resembling a fire escape (22 steps) to enter the apartment. We are two 70 year old international visitors with 2 -50 lbs suitcases to carry up the stairs (unprotected from the heavy rain). Although there was a laundry closet with a tub and plumbing, a private washer and dryer was not provided (to be fair, not in listing). "Parking is in a very tight spot. Small cars only in my opinion. Requires a phone for checking in. You do not get information to check until 10 minutes before your checking in time. Checking out also requires a phone. Check out instructions only arrive 8pm the night before checkout."

"The accommodation is on top of other accommodation and their car parks at the front of the front door making it difficult to leave of a morning. I can clearly and loudly hear you going upstairs to the neighboring place. "
