"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

The logistics of the loo and hot tub was at opposite end of the property just not feasible when the rules clearly state you can not hang wet clothing and such in the tent. Ordered an extra expecting the local rose’ with chocolates for my partner to enjoy and got flowers (not even a ‘rose’ in the bunch) with chocolates. The communication was an issue prior to stay as hostess said she sent whatsapp messages but we didn’t get any until arrived and she...

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
