"I had a great time staying at The Dominick Hotel with my family. Our son and the hotel share the same name, which is why we chose the hotel when celebrating his thirteenth birthday. "Rude staff! I have stayed here before and it’s been okay- not great, but after this last stay, I will definitely not be coming back. Unfortunately I got very ill during my most recent visit and I called guest services to ask if I had some things delivered from the drug store could they be brought up to my room. They said yes. When my items showed they had been delivered, I called back down to guest services and they connected me with the front desk. The person who answered literally told me “nope” when I asked about my items being brought up to my room. She was beyond rude and told me it was against policy and didn’t care what guest services had told me. I couldn’t believe how rude she was- turned me off to this hotel for good. "
