Had 2 nights there - excellent everything. The breakfast is the best available anywhere.. service is perfect.. all over a lovely weekend and a little like being in Tuscany :)

Facilities: Brand new; Value: Fantastic; Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Spotless;

Overall it's great place!

Beautiful bush surrounds and all the little extras thought of. Lovely deck and outdoor setting to soak in bush. Friendly dog for an extra friend for the children. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have an Aussie bush experience far from the crowds of Sydney but only a stone's throw away.

Quiet out of town but close to a great pub in walking distance.

Well appointed rooms and very clean

Staff is helpful and new rooms ard clean and in good condition. Value for money.

The Colonial Motel is a lovely property with good size, clean rooms. The convenience of walking to nearby dining options was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Richmond.

The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected.

Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Gleaming; food on site although we didnt eat there.

Always a great place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Jackie in the restaurant is super efficient, well organised and dedicated to everyone's needs.

One of the most romantic and secluded places. Absolutely brilliant weekend escape.

Perfect spot for getting to everything you need from Baulkham Hills to Milllperra and surrounds. A lot of nice restaurants on the lakeside only a 5 minute walk away. Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff and easy carparking. Can’t ask for much more.

Always a great stay

A great place to stay, wonderful staff, food and services. We caught the bus 200m away straight into QVB and again back out in the afternoon and then relaxed by the pool and in the outdoor lounges. We will defiantly stay again 😊

Everything is modern and clean. The rooms were spacious a comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

A fabulous stay at Brooklyn motel, super clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Only 3 mins walk from station, across the road from the pub and so many experiences to do around Brooklyn, oyster tour, river postman tour, and Davao island. Highly recommend this comfortable, clean and friendly hotel.
