"This was my second visit to this hotel. I chose to return because of the location and overall pleasantness of the hotel. Staff is accommodating, rooms are clean (definitely on the small side, but what youd expect for central london), and the price is fair. This visit we had a room with a small balcony which was very nice! Breakfast was nothing special, bet adequate and plentiful. They will make espresso or cappuccino if you want t."

"The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was lovely to walk in and immediately had a cup of tea. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. The absolute best was the location… very nicely located.
I did t live that my whole party of three, including my son had to provide passports and a slew of information but other than that it was perfect. Virginia (Ginny) was excellent. "
"The room was spotless clean with excellence service… we had a great time the week we spent in London close to all the great places to eat, and the main tourist attractions."
"The level of customer service was excellent. A full staffed foyer, a helper at hand in every area, you just don’t get that level of service these days. Really, really great stay."
"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. We also ate in the Bugis Kitchen the food was excellent , plentyful and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay again."
