The space
Step inside and discover a bright, thoughtfully designed studio that blends modern convenience with the charm of East London living. Though compact in size, every detail has been considered to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable.

You’ll find a cosy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, dressed with crisp linens and soft pillows to ensure you rest well after a day of exploring London. A side table, lamp, and storage space are provided for your belongings, so you can unpack and feel at home.
In addition to that we have a small sofa, that can be converted into sofa bed.

We have a full-size kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking essentials, which lets you prepare breakfast, quick meals, or even a full dinner. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee before heading out, or enjoying a quiet meal in, you’ll find everything you need.

There’s also a dining/work space, with a sturdy table and chair that doubles as your breakfast spot and laptop-friendly workspace. The studio is fitted with fast WiFi, perfect for streaming, remote working, or staying connected with family and friends.

The bathroom is private and modern, with a refreshing shower, fluffy towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to get you started.

This is a space designed for solo travellers, couples, or business visitors who want a comfortable base to return to while experiencing all that London has to offer. Compact yet complete, this studio gives you the freedom of a self-contained home with the buzz of East London right outside your door

Guests have access to all of the rooms, including lounge/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom

Other things to note
•⁠ ⁠Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
•⁠ The property is on the second floor, with no lift. The stairs can be a bit narrow
•⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
•⁠ ⁠No pets allowed
•⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
•⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
•⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
•⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
•⁠ ⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
•⁠ ⁠If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
