Cleanliness & Comfort
Your home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and stocked with hotel-quality linens and towels.
For stays longer than 21 days, a complimentary refresh of linens and towels will be arranged.
For bookings over 14 days, an additional 50% cleaning fee is applied to cover extended upkeep. You may also schedule mid-stay cleans (charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee). This applies to both extensions and booking changes.
Early Check-In
Our serviced apartments follow a different routine than hotels.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
If there is no same-day guest check-out, we’ll be happy to arrange early check-in.
30 minutes early check-in is complimentary, subject to availability.
More than 1 hour early is charged at £30 per hour to cover added housekeeping resources.
Please request early check-in when booking or at least 24–72 hours before arrival.
Late Check-Out
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is only available if there is no same-day check-in, due to turnover requirements.
30-minute grace period is complimentary if approved.
More than 30 minutes late is subject to a £30/hour charge from the housekeeping team.
Please request by the day of check-in and wait for written confirmation to avoid charges.
Pre-Arrival Requirements
To ensure a smooth and secure stay:
You’ll be asked to complete an online check-in form 5–7 days before arrival.
All adult guests must be listed, and one form must include uploaded government-issued photo ID for each adult.
Bookings for 1 guest include preparation of 1 bedroom only.
Guest Policies
No unregistered guests are allowed without prior notice and approval.
Unauthorized guests are subject to a £50 per person, per night charge.
Please let us know in advance if you need the sofa bed set up. If not requested, instructions and linens will be provided for self-setup.
Mid-Stay Cleaning & Additional Services
Mid-stay cleans include fresh linens, towel changes, and toiletry replenishment.
If you`d like extra cleaning, we’re happy to help—standard cleaning fees apply.
All additional services (e.g. cleaning, early check-in) must be paid at the time of request.
Payment can be made through Airbnb or via secure offline payment methods (as permitted under Airbnb Article 140).
Amenities & Maintenance
Only the amenities listed in your booking are guaranteed for use.
Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or replacement.
We reserve the right to update, remove, or replace amenities—even after your booking is confirmed.
