I had an issue with my account, and the front desk kept avoiding responsibility, saying they couldn’t adjust the charge until another department reviewed the ticket. There is no direct customer service phone number — everything is handled through SMS and email, which made resolving the issue incredibly frustrating. Communication was slow and unhelpful. Honestly, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel."
