"Excellent location, great service, and loved the option of early check in for modest fee. Oh, the pool and jacuzzi were really nice as well. No need to bring your own towels. Small negatives are the pillows, a lack of towel bars in bathroom and minor road noise. That's it really."

"I saw a bunch of negative reviews after I booked so I was skeptical but when we got there, the front desk staff was super nice. I had requested an early check in and almost immediately was sent an email back saying it was denied, but when we got there they had our two rooms ready, so that was nice. We were offered a complimentary drink which was super tasty. As far as cleanliness, it wasn’t the best. The carpet in the room looked dirty and didn’t look vacuumed. Bathroom had some hairs in the tub and toilet. The toilet seat was a bit loose and if you flushed with the toilet seat open you’ll get a nice splash. My husband heard the housekeeping staff complain about hours and upon check out heard them chatting about their mental cycle. Coworker chat, I get it but maybe that’s a topic during lunch, not when guests around who can hear you. Overall, the hotel did its job, it was close distance to Disney and there were comfy beds. I didn’t hear any maintenance work. There was a quick mass notice about no hot water but it was resolved quickly. "

"The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast but having the option was nice. The walk to Disney wasn’t awful maybe 20 minutes."
