Premier Inn in Lisbon

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the on site restaurants and bars are good and the cafe by the front door served great pastries and coffee. The rooms were of decent size and fine, bathroom was very nice. Location is great and we were able to get around Lisbon easily on foot or by metro/tram."

"It was okay but the website makes it look like a booming place with a restaurant and bar but the restaurant is only open for breakfast buffet only until 10:30 and the bar doesn't open until 6pm. Called reception for 20 minutes when my tv wouldn't work and had to go to the front desk to get help where they told me they saw me calling but couldn't pick up because they were with a client."

"The hotel was in a great location, very central yet the rooms were nicely sound proofed so you wouldn't have guessed it! The staff were very friendly and gave us transport and restaurant reccomendations. Clean room and comfy bed."

"Spacious and modern rooms replete with everything you need for an 4/5 day stay. Onsite gym was well equipped, although could use a little TLC. The breakfast was just okay. I wouldn’t pay extra for it. There’s lots of places nearby to explore for breakfast."

"It’s immediately clear why this is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding, staff are friendly and genuinely keen to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the soundproofing is next level, I haven’t slept that soundly for a long time. Then there is all the lovely extras; quality toiletries, fresh drinks in the mini bar, pillow menu, all the snacks you could want and an outstanding free walking tour (which reveals the secret in the hotels basement!). The icing on the cake (literally) was discovering it was my partners birthday and surprising us with a cake it breakfast! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, this is what real hospitality looks like and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lisbojn. "
