"The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends."

"Apartment looks better in the photos than it did in person. That being said, the bedrooms were nice and big and overall, the apartment was clean. With all the added booking fees I paid, I don’t think it was worth the money and I could have gotten a nicer apartment for the amount I paid. Apartment is in old town and while it’s not an awful neighborhood, it’s not the nicest either. "Everything was good, had all the amenities we were looking for. Only thing that was a little annoying was the water pressure in the shower was really bad and the curtain didn’t stop much of the splash so the floor got soaked in the bathroom. Also the shower head didn’t attach to the wall so we had to hold it by hand. Everything other than the shower was great, though."

"Check in was super easy and our host was so wonderful to work with. The space is beautifully decorated and right in the middle of a truly cool neighborhood in Lisbon. Though we only had one night, I’m glad we spent it in this place and in Alfama!"
