"A beautiful hotel in Miraflores. We stayed here after a trek on the Inca Trail, so it was wonderful to have a nice & comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly - especially the bellhop who cared for our luggage while our room was being prepared. The bar was great and we really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. However, dinner (at the same restaurant) was quite poor. It seems they were very understaffed. We waited over an hour for food & service, and the food was quite bad - an issue which they did not attempt to remedy. It's a pity because that restaurant's breakfast was great. So, I'm sure if things were handled properly, the dinner too would have been great. But overall, we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. No complaints with the facility, other than the dinner experience. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nancy. Fumes from the construction in the next room affected our room, they were quick to make a room change. I appreciate the responsiveness in finding a solution quickly. The onsite driver to help with transportation was a big plus, made it very convenient for places further away. Would stay there again. "
