"My booking got cancelled by the host on the day that I was about to arrive. Can you imagine all the stress that my family and I had been through trying to find a place to stay at the last minute? My holiday became a nightmare. Inadequate communication from the host, it always me trying to contact the host a day before the arrival date and on the day (we were driving from Melbourne to Adelaide). I tried to call many time but the host did not answer the phone and after sending text messages and...

We waited 3 hours after check-in unable to access the property before a response that we had missed a step that should have been completed the previous day."

"The house was pleasantly furnished and spacious. The listing photos are an accurate representation. The house is in a nice street, and is conveniently located to visit family in the eastern suburbs and go to the city. Our late night arrival was made easy by having the keys located in a code-access lock box. Communication with the property manager was easy through the app and they responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again."
