"Lobby and rooms: very good. Minus lack of coffee machine in the bedroom though, surprising for a Sofitel. But they provide free bottles of water in the bedroom. Elevators are so-so but nothing risky. The club sandwich at The Terrace restaurant : avoid. "

The next morning, I was greeted by a lovely woman who answered all my questions with patience and warmth. She made me feel completely at ease and welcomed as I enjoyed breakfast. The waitstaff was equally delightful—smiling, friendly, and genuinely kind—which made my experience even more comfortable.
