The hotel was showing its age and the area around it is very noisy and tasteless, but the staff at the hotel were all very lovely and extremely professional, and this more than offset any negative aspects of our stay. The restaurant is excellent and it was a pleasure to sample many of the dishes from their a la carte menu. Bravo!

This hotel was amazing. The buffet breakfast was amazing. They even had a crepe station. The coffee was very good too. The beds were comfortable and pillows large and amazing. The vathtowels were large and fluffy. Air conditioning in our room was icy cold. The pools were nice and deep, very clean and there were lots of pool lounges. There is entertainment every night. I would definitely recommend the Niksoma.

Way, way overpriced considering the rooms are very tired. Food by pool a hit or a miss. Smoothies not cold. My pet hate, a shower over the bath which was hard to get in and out of. However, the nicest staff ever.

こじんまりとしたホテルですが、5つ星のクオリティは確かなものでした。大きいラグジュアリーホテルも良いですが、このような温かみのあるリゾートの方が私は好きです。スタッフの方々は常に笑顔で雰囲気が良く、細やかな気遣いのお陰で安心して滞在できました。立地も良く海が目の前にあり、サンセット鑑賞も簡単に楽しめました。スパではバリニーズマッサージをして頂き、女性のセラピストの方の高い技術と心遣いに大満足でした。まるで小さな楽園のようで、もっと長期滞在にすればよかったと後悔しています。スタッフの方々、本当にありがとうございました。またバリに訪れた際は必ずここに再訪します。
