"All the staff were lovely- such a warm friendly welcome from them all. Room was very spacious and the only thing lacking was a towel rail. FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land. We will be back "

"This is a very hip and trendy hotel in a non-touristy area of London. This might not be the most ideal hotel for you, however, if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper. We had issues with a very loud bar right across the road. The hotel staff graciously changed our room. But our new room was just adjacent to the train station and we could hear trains passing by throughout the night. Be very specific with your room requests if you have any noise issues. Otherwise, it’s really a wonderfully designed and gorgeous property."
