After I checked in at night I found the wifi didn't work. There was no one at the reception to help me. The next morning I whent to the reception again to ask about the wifi. The clerk signaled she did not understand English. She miraculously learned English instantly when she asked me to pay a € 1.76 fee. I had just arrived from Holland where the 1 cent coins don't circulate anymore so I gave he € 1.75. She refused to accept it withe the 1 cent missing so I gave her €1.80. She got angry when I asked for my change.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Rennstrecke, dementsprechend ist die Geräuschkulisse. Das sollte man vorher wissen. Ich fand den Ausblick auf die Rennstrecke genial.

Séjour très court car nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et repartis le lendemain à 9h30. Très pratique pour arriver en dehors des horaires d’ouverture, hôtel très beau et très propre ! Nous avons été déçu du petit déjeuner, pour 12,50€ nous nous attendions à plus de choix, et à ce que le buffet soit réapprovisionner. L’accueil a été froid le matin même par le personnel de l’accueil.

Bel hôtel, service client à revoir..

Lors de la réservation, nous les avions eu au téléphone pour savoir si il fallait deux lits simples ou un lit double, nous avions demander un lit double et on a eu deux lits simples. Avec ça, la moitié des chaînes tv ne fonctionnaient pas. C’était un jour férié donc, personne sur place. Nous avons signalé ça le lendemain, la personne en question n’avait pas l’air navrée..
