"Our room was horrible from the start, not as reservation was requested. Shower was a mess need extreme TLC!! Guest service really wasn’t willing to help, to top off my stay Sunday and Monday I had a couple little black bugs crawl on me at night finally they put a blood stained pillowcase on my bed and sheet had a blood spot on it!"

"Enjoyed the habitat area. Seating in the lobby area would be nice. Wished for coffee in room. Baggage assistance was nice and quick. Found soda and chips to very expensive. "
