Staff members were great

It's perfect for kids and we all had a great weekend. You can let the kids go and feel safe as to their whereabouts. Rooms were clean and well presented and the staff were a great help. Between the two pools, waterslide, water play park, large play ground, two jumping pillows, mini golf and the weekend movies on the big screen they were rather busy.

Staff always willing to help. Had everything you need and breakfast was fantastic.

We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from the staff and the rooms were so clean and the decor is marvellous. They had the airconditioner and fans running so the room was cool for us when we opened the door. The balcony was terrific to be able to see the beach but I am suggesting an inside apartment would be just as pleasing because the pool and the gardens were terrific too. Would highly recommend the resort and Holloways beach is just beautiful.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in a quiet place in Cairns, Pub is next door so very convenient to have meals and a few drinks. Friendly staff and easy check in.

I will absolutely stay here again. The kitchen had everything I needed. Loads of space for a one bedroom and clean. Great shower, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, balcony and pool. Easy to catch a bus into the city. Afodable. Just loved it here. Thankyou.

Very convenient location

Great place great value. My only gripe is can they please not make a big deal about getting another set of towels after a week ( 2 week stay) I don't think requesting towels if you stay a while is a big deal. Otherwise stay was awesome.

We had the king suite. Our room was very spacious and clean. The mountain views were nice. Air conditioning works great. There is Beam e-scooter hire parking at the front of the hotel. The bar is nice. Only tip to know is sometimes when you swipe your room key, if turning the handle down doesn’t work try turning it up (counter clockwise) something the front desk told us after we had trouble.

The location of CrystalBrook Riley was everything.Perfectly positioned,close proximity to Cairn’s city,shopping malls,restaurants and supermarkets.

The outdoor pool and spa area made the stay enjoyable, especially for the kids.

Beautifully renovated building in Art Deco style. The high gloss timber floors, the wallpaper, the ceiling rosettes, this property has it all. I fell in love the moment I walked in and will never stay in another cold impersonal motel room in Cairns again.

We loved the unit the area was great close to everything, the balcony was great even though we had the back view , was terrific.

Stayed 6 nights in an Ocean View Suite - our room was very clean, a really good size and had fantastic views from the balcony. Great location - an easy 5-10 walk down the Esplanade into the centre of Cairns with lots of restaurants on the way. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value considering the size of the room and location. Would definitely stay again when we're back in Cairns
