Staff were great! Very clean room and hotel. Looks exactly like the photos which is always good. The pool was lovely and has good opening hours - so nice to have it open into the late evening for a swim after a hot day. Room was lovely and has everything you need including a balcony. The room was very clean and smelled beautiful. I enjoy staying here. The lift was quite warm during my stay. As someone with chronic asthma, being in a hot, enclosed space made me feel a little short of breath going up to level 3. It would be helpful if the temperature or ventilation in the lift could be improved for guest comfort. This will not stop me from staying here.
