"Stayed in the two bedroom unit. Parking at front door, so very convenient. Sunnybank Plaza and Garden City in the area. Easy access to Gateway motorway. Several shops across the road for coffee, incidentals and some takeaways etc. Nice space, two rooms, laundry, patio, loungeroom, kitchen n dining room. I was so happy to have a widows and fans option. Aircon is great, but I don't like sleeping in it all the time. Love fresh air when not hot."

"Great location. Quiet and beautiful gardens. It was lovely to see the stars at night and listen to the waves when falling asleep. Bowls club and Oasis right next door were very convenient as well. A great stay!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here."
