"As always the property was great. The view is phenomenal. The location is great. Walking distance to the lake, landmarks, parks, museums, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Staff is top notch. It is probably time for them to start considering remodeling/upgrading though."

"I have gone by this hotel for over thirty years and always wanted to stay here. Our room had a magnificent view of the lake and everything from the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier to the Field Museum. The room did not have good climate control. We did have to have the windows open. Thankfully, the weather was mild outside, which made things ultimately very comfortable."

The front desk guys so good and Jesus from the lobby bar so polite and frindly. If you are doing a solo trip, friend trip o any trip to Chicago please stay at this hotel!
