"Convenient location , close to beach and outdoor activities. Lots of eating options nearby. Room was dated , dusty , empty water bottle behind bed-stand , cleaning standard wasn’t where we expected . Aircon noisy and dusty. Servicing of room poor in our opinion. Convenient parking available onsite for a cost , but getting out at times was challenge. "

"Perfect accommodation with 3 double en-suite bedrooms. High tech keyless, with excellent video instuctions on how to unlock and lock the property. The ducted air-conditioning was extremely efficient and simple to operate.The house was spotlessly clean. Kitchen well appointed. Beds very comfortable.Short walk to shops and bus stops.Highly recommended.Hosts very responsive, excellent communication."

"The day before arrival we received an email to manage our expectations, telling us that the property has no WiFi as advertised and we hat the property is ‘budget’, and not to expect anything from it (nice to let us know the day before huh). Property condition is poor, badly maintained, leaking taps, inadequate air conditioning, rock hard beds and slabs for pillows. Location however is great, right on Scarborough beach. If you are after budget and location, then great. If not. Avoid "

"Great hotel close to restaurants and shops "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The aircon works great, the backyard is large and quiet except the sounds of birds, the house is spacious and has really nice views from the lounge window. It's about a 40 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 mins walk to Karrinyup shopping mall which was very convenient. We stayed for 17 nights and it was sad to leave. I highly recommend this place"

"Hosts are welcoming and great location, nice pool area. Cleaning could be better especially inside the cupboards. Would be handy if there was plates and bowls. "
