"Not as presented in photos and text. House was full of someone's belongings, clothes, food and toys. Many health and safety issues eg half eaten food and opened bottles and jars in fridge, open box of prescription medicines in cupboard, no handrail on staircase, no lock on downstairs window, bathroom basins had hair and soap scum, kitchen worktop and fridge needed cleaning and clearing, also upholstery needs a good clean, patio vertical blind needs fixing, wobbly wooden furniture. Neither house nor yard were welcoming, we had to clean and clear some space for our use. A good 20 minute walk to beach. Check-in instructions were not 3 days prior but minutes before arrival. Misrepresented and not worth money."
"I really enjoyed my stay there. The reception ladies were lovely, cleaning team very helpful and thorough, and the location was more than ideal, peaceful and quiet, Karrinyup shopping district and CBD easily accessible if you have a car. My only qualm was that i was not told about the security bond until i arrived for check in, which was a bit inconvenient to pay on the spot, however i booked through Expedia so perhaps that’s their responsibility for not putting it in the fine print. Nonetheless i enjoyed my stay and would stay here again."
