"Property is in need of some maintenance but is priced accordingly. Location is great, beds are comfy, water is hot, appliances work and it was clean inside. On the downside the outside is messy and the sink gets blocked. But overall it suited our need, our dogs enjoyed it and I would consider staying there again if I have to come back."

"Quirky house, that took some getting used to, i did contact the agent/ owner the day before to say there was an extra adult , so as it was 3 bedrooms, there didnt seem to be any problems ? But only 2 rooms were made available, so the 3rd person decided to sleep on the couch. The slide bolts on the outside of the bedroom doors was unsettling as well. Not sure about the chickens in the front yard? And we were concerned about snakes, i did need to give the birds water on a couple of occasions, and...

"We needed a larger property in Canberra at short notice to accommodate family members coming together from around the country and overseas. The Watson property is in a quiet neighborhood with shops and a nice cafe a short walk away. The property can house a lot of guests and the self contained separate flat is a nice bonus providing a separate space for two people. The property has a great back yard, a well equipped kitchen and lots of different seating areas. Overall the Watson property was...

"Plenty of room for four of us, lots of couches to hang out on, close walking tracks, bath, quick trips to city, quiet location amidst glorious autumn trees. We loved our stay thank you!"

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."

"Close to Civic shopping center. Room generous size. Shower good pressure and water temp good, need 2 towels and washers. Lovely thick soft towels. Excellent size tv. Pillows not great. Soft and mushy. No support. Quiet and dark room. Parking 10 min walk away. Able to drop of luggage before and walk back from shopping centre. $10 overnight. Would stay again. "
