"The property has terrible customer service. Made us valet park at another resort as there was no valet or self parking spots left when we arrived at 1 am. Made us walk in the dark with our luggage for a half mile to check in. Did not offer any service recovery at all and had to walk in the dark at 6 am when leaving to get the car. Staff are under trained and apparently not empowered to provide service recovery for mishaps like that. Unbelievably disappointing for a supposed Disney property. "

"This was an amazing hotel and will be returning in the future with my family. Very family oriented. Walking distance to Disney springs and the pool area was incredible. Lots of fun for the entire family. "

"Due to an airline mess, we were stranded in FL and scrambled to get lodging. This hotel was so accommodating and the staff completely de-stressed us. We have stayed before on a trip that was not affected by flight delays/cancellations. It was good then, but this stay was even better. "
