The service here upon checking in was amazing. Large sized rooms. Great amenities including a shuttle to all Disney parks. Close to Disney spring, only a short easy walk.

Fantastic place for our 3 weeks for 4 in a 2 bed place. Had 2 bathrooms and excellent kitchen with dishwasher and own laundry. Great staff and easy location to all Disney and Universal at a fraction of the cost of their properties. Apartment was huge and plenty of space. Only cleaned once a week but this was fine as we are used to doing it ourselves and also felt much less intrusive and could just "feel at home".
Thanks Polynesian team!

Loved my stay at Drury Inn & Suites, Orlando. It was a convenient location. The breakfast and dinner refreshments were great, especially when stepping off a day tour exhausted. Highly recommend.

Great free breakfast: savoury and sweet options. Free freshly baked cookies from 4pm-10pm!
Room was clean and had all the amenities: towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. Air conditioning is good in the roomZ Lighting in room not very bright, only lamps and wall sconces but not a problem.
24 hour laundry service is handy, although the soap machine wasn’t working. However, CVS is only a walk away.
Close to iHop and Arby’s.
Easy to get picked up by RideShare vehicles.

The service was good and location was good. They provided free a free van service that went to shopping close by and had an external bus company do Disney and universal drop offs, but the timing for some of them were not ideal. There is also many shops close by such as supermarkets and diners and the hotel offered free breakfast buffet. Only issues was difficult access to water after breakfast and noisy neighbours.

I liked the property the staff were very rude and not friendly everything seemed to be an effort. I did not like the fact that we were tricked into a time share or similar sitting through a presentation we were there for over 3 hours extremely exhausting high pressure sales. I only did the presentation as they had a hold on my money and the only way to get it back was to go through the process. I found it to be very underhanded tactics and I will think twice before staying there again which is...
