"This is a nice property, but there are some rustic elements to it. You are in the hill country, so there are bugs! Bring bug spray. The sunsets are amazing, don't miss that! The property is great but definitely needs some TLC in the bathrooms and on the deck outside. Railings around the deck were loose, which seemed unsafe, and the entire deck area needs to be refinished. Deck furniture needs a refresh as well. We had a great time and overall the property was wonderful."

"Great spot on the lake. Tons of space. We met up with friends and there was room for kids and parents to spread out and have time together. It was an excellent getaway in the country with reasonable access to groceries (DG Market 6 minutes away, HEB in Kingsland about 15) and nice distance from Colorado Bend State Park (our motivation for this location). The decorations are like one of those kid magazine pictures where you need to find all the hidden items, but here you need to count the various Texas images.
