"The one reason to stay here is it is walkable to the Catalina island boat landing if you are planning a day trip there (which is why I rated it a 2 rather than a 1) The hotel itself is very run down and poorly maintained. For example, the elevator inspection is expired, the breakfast is mostly stale and the walls in the shower were coming apart. "

"We pretty much just used the property to sleep and shower. We mainly were there for Disneyland so we were gone by 8:30 and arrived around midnight. "

"Main floor is really nice but as you go up each level it is run down I am sure they are fixing things but you can tell they had some serious flooding or something. My room bathroom sink leaked bad and I reported it but no one cared. The rooms next to me must have been getting work done because early in the morning they were drilling and banging while I tried sleeping. The water pressure kept messing up. The main door wouldn’t shut we had to force it open and force it closed. Loved the large room though. "
